Last week the full moon cracked me open, coinciding with a breath work journey led by @summer.valentino where I re-experienced my birth. I was held by my loving father after entering this world by c-section. It was a life changing occurrence to feel the love from my parents in that moment of time. They were so excited for my arrival, the possibilities seemed endless for love and creativity.

Somewhere along the path, this freedom and expansiveness seemed to shift to something else. Perhaps, we just start running on auto pilot or maybe our fears take the wheel? Regardless of the reason, it’s just an illusion…. LOVE + CREATIVITY are always available to us.

We are tender, loving, creators with a beating heart and a soul on fire. We can reclaim this energy TODAY. And we must.

As I experienced my birth on the last day we were in transit with Gene Key 49 (rebirth), I vowed to dive deeper into my conversation with the universe. This led me to the @thedreamarc - where I’m currently playing in the synchronicity field with jaguars and snakes - and humbly exploring my internal and external worlds through the lens of animals and archetypes (my favorite!).

And just as I entered this space, over the weekend I said good bye to the goodest boy ever - Drizzy. Our Rottweiler that journeyed with us for 13 years was ready to transition to the other side. What a beautiful, precious gift it was to be a steward of his soul and to experience his undying love.

So here we are, approaching a new week, marked with awakenings, deaths, and rebirths. Initiations of different flavors, all deeply meaningful and yet none need to be taken too seriously.

I’ve been contemplating Gene Key 30 (Rapture) this transit, and I keep coming back to the word BELONGING.

Richard Rudd says “We can only truly belong in the world when we can utterly be our longing.”

That feels right.

May we remember that we are the treasure we seek. We hold the keys to the Holy Grail. And our hearts hold the unconditional, Divine love we yearn for.

Happy Valentine’s Day ya’ll!

I’m very proud to say that the celebration of LOVE (in its true form) is happening all the time over here!

The love that says “you can come, or go, or stay for a while…”, the unwavering open hand that will not grasp.

The love that says, “I see your Divinity and I’m in awe of your beauty.”

The love that says, “It’s okay to struggle sometimes”, and refuses to look away from your pain.

The love that makes you feel free and expansive.

The love that becomes the gateway to new gifts, the spiral staircase slowly walking you home, the hand you hold the whole way there.

The type of love that rises 🔥

The love that gently demands your authenticity and transparency, knowing anything less than that waters down the potency of her medicine.

The love that laughs like a child, dances like a maniac; a love that’s silly.

The love that releases desired outcomes and surrenders to God’s will, actively diving into the abyss of the heart.

The type of love that pays attention, remembers, and attunes; there is no careless love. Love cares a lot.

The love that doesn’t leave out the Self, knowing its charge comes directly from the intimacy it has within.

The love that includes The Father and The Mother, knowing its role in the Holy Trinity.

The love that knows no bounds, expresses in infinite ways, yet you always know it’s true.

The love that births ART.

The love that is Divine.
The love that is universal.
The love that unconditional.

The LOVE that will return us to Sacred World.

Let’s celebrate this LOVE! And may you experience it in every relationship and everywhere you go, because YOU ARE THAT.

Wild Woman 🖤

There is a crack between worlds - where visitations, miracles, imaginations, inspirations, and healings of all natures occur.

There is a river beneath the river - Rio Abajo Rio.

Each woman has access to this and I believe we arrive through deep meditation, prayer, dance, writing, painting, singing, drumming, actively using our imagination, or any activity which requires an altered consciousness.

We arrive in this world - between - worlds through yearning and by seeking something that you sense is just beyond your reach, just out of the corner of your eye.

We arrive there by deeply creative acts, through intentional solitude, and by practice and devotion of our art. The beauty of this exploration is that much of what occurs in this ineffable world remains forever mysterious to us. It breaks the physical laws and rational laws as we know them.

I bow to the archetype of the Wild Woman that lives in me. I honor the Wild Woman in you. I pray we collectively connect further and deeper to this grounding, intuitive, natural part of us.

And I am so grateful for each of the Wild Women that are joining me on Thursday nights to explore this archetype and swim in her depths. The resurrection of The Wild Woman comes when we excavate the bones (exiled parts, lost parts), attune to the song of our soul, and surrender to the life/death/rebirth pattern of our this journey.

This is our meditation practice as women, calling back the dead and dismembered aspects of ourselves.

SN: One of my best friends sees me as the Puma and I’ve been really feeling into this energy lately. There’s a ferocity and precision I experience when I connect to the Puma energy and it feels woven into my embodiment of The Wild Woman.

FULL MOON BLESSINGS 🌹🌪️♥️

This was a very powerful moon cycle for me. The oracular (and almost prophetic) embodiment that comes through in ceremonies always leaves me deeply humbled and in awe, as I reflect prior to entering the next ritual. This cycle was one of finding balance, integrating the shadow and the light. This was a cycle about aligned action, making choices that reflect love over fear. This was a cycle where I felt death, I felt rebirth, and I deepened further into the heart. This cycle felt purifying. This cycle felt visceral. This cycle felt BIG.

Last Saturday I did the Mary Magdalene Activation from the Sophia Code for the second time. The energy is still stirring in my cells, as I feel the angels presence with me as I move throughout my days. Each of the 9 angels mentioned in the activation brings a profound medicine that supports us in this Spiritual Revolution.

Faith.
Trust.
Clarity.
Alignment.
Reconciliation.
Anointing.
Atonement.
Grace.
Completion.

Spiritual Revolution 🌹

We are on a collective hero’s journey and it requires each of us to devote to our Highest Self.

Eventually, this commitment creates an undivided, unified field of trust, acceptance, and love within you that opens the space within your body, heart, and mind for your awareness to identify the divine guidance flowing to you from your Highest Self.

This is the Self Mastery we’re being called towards. This surrender to our Highest Self is what will allow us to live an extraordinary life and return to Sacred World.

My prayer is that we all baptize our awareness in the holy waters of our true divine essence.

TENDERNESS 🤍

In the future, family will no longer be an isolated tribal phenomenon but a collective breath pattern that unites all beings. This is the future that is coming. It is the same vision that Christ held as the natural state of humanity. It is what he referred to as the Kingdom of Heaven. (Gene Key 37)

Tenderness is the heart of the human family, drawing all individuals into its infinitely soft and loving embrace. It is not a force outside of humanity, but is our collective true nature.

I am so grateful to be here at this time as we are birthing a new social paradigm. Through our collaborative friendships we will synthesize business, education, and family. We will no longer operate in separation, but we will come together embodied in sacred reciprocity and conscious community. It’s time, ya’ll!

I am so grateful for the women in The Oracle Sisterhood, dedicated to living from the heart and returning to Sacred World. Every week we deepen in our connection to one another, our connection with the Divine, and our connection to Self (knowing none of it is separate).

INTEGRATION ☯️

I have always known there was a powerful energy in me, but cast it aside for a number of reasons. I think I sometimes even mislabeled it “darkness”, when in reality authentic power comes from moving through and rising from the shadows.

I claim my POWER fully, knowing the Dragon intimately.

I claim my TENDERNESS, as I continue integrating more and more UNIVERSAL LOVE and heart centered leadership.

Free Moving 🐺

Tonight I was reflecting on my Purpose sphere in the Gene Keys (Gene Key 46).

When I move through the world with delight and openness, whatever happens is correct. When I remain open and accepting of what IS, I see the universe is always doing her thing alongside, within, through me.

Synchronicity - the language of the universe - is available to us all, but it requires DELIGHT. Can we be open to surprise? Can we let go of where we want life to take us and trust in a force beyond the illusions of control?

I am here to enjoy the ride.
I am here to delight in it all.

I hold a vision for my life and humanity, but I carry them loosely trusting deeply in the Divine.

All I know for sure is that my heart is beating.
And may that truth alone flood me with the wine of Ecstacy.

Grateful to be witnessed through my shadows.

Humility continues to be my greatest teacher.

Someone on the Women’s call tonight asked, “How do you alchemize your shadows?”

I answered that one of the best ways I know how is to vulnerably share them. Through this practice, the shame dissolves. It’s out there. No more hiding and unconsciously running programs under the hood.

To reveal yourself to those that can hold you with tender care allows for transmutation to occur.

Sometimes it’s painful as you continue to move through them, sometimes it’s simply a breath of fresh air. An exhale.

And to find that you’re still lovable on the other side!? What a relief!

May we all forgive ourselves for every time we have forgotten our divinity, every time we’ve mistaken a shadow as our identity. Every time we’ve hidden parts of ourselves thinking they’re not worthy of love too. It’s all here to be integrated.

Note to Self: Your shadows are the gateway to your greatest gifts.

I am deep in gratitude for my friends that hold all parts of me.

I am deep in gratitude for every shadow that shows up right on time, giving me the opportunity to rise further in love.

And I am deep in gratitude for community that holds the standard of love and integrity, always midwifing my Highest Self.

Conversations with God 🤍

God is communicating with us all the time.
In ways both big and small.
In voices loud and soft.
In synchronicity.
In pain.
In pure bliss.

We are having conversations with God.

In the ceremonies and rituals intentionally designed, and in the ceremony and ritual of purely living.

God is in everything.
God is all that IS.

When we start to speak fluently in the language of the Soul and get out of the constructs of our mind, we embody our Holy Spirit.

I have somehow found myself in deep devotion to The Divine and I have dedicated my life to this never ending conversation, this infinite exploration, this extraordinary romance.

This is a relationship that must be cultivated and nurtured. It demands our receptiveness and participation. It calls us to rise in our own Divinity so that we can co-create, heal, and return to our oneness.

I am so inspired by my personal conversations with God and I honor the Sanctity of our collaboration.

We are all designed with a unique expression of Divinity, we all wake up to this conversation in different places and at different times, but make no mistake about it and call it what you will…

This relationship, this connection, this dialogue, is integral to creating the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

May the fire within purify and cleanse us of limiting beliefs, deep seated wounds, fears, separation, and denial.

May the sea of emotions within create a tsunami of LOVE that will radiate from our hearts and cloak the entire world in its tender embrace.

May the power of our breath bring life force energy into every cell of our being, elevating our DNA to align with the frequency of The Divine.

May we hold our neighbor’s hand knowing the deep truth of humanity is that we were created to rise TOGETHER.

May the yearnings in our Soul be the guiding light, leading us towards Synarchic community, trusting in its natural intelligence and Divine order.

May we see a pathway of reconciliation that frees us from choosing between dualistic polarities and shifts our focus to meditate upon the wholeness that is being creating by two seemingly opposing forces.

May we unify our Whole Self, our humanity and divinity, to spiral upwards in peace with who we really are.

And may we courageously walk The Way as a daily practice, remaining steadfast along its spiraling pathway of rigorous initiations, throughout every vulnerable moment of our human experience.

And so it is.

Sending my love to every soul that is suffering, every soul that is jumping in to help, every soul that doesn’t know what to do, every soul that is putting their life on the line for our communities, every soul that is FEELING something.

You are a powerful creator of your own reality.

It’s funny - I used to think my deepest call was to help athletes - probably because that’s how I could make sense of my non-linear path. As I’ve gotten more in touch with my own divinity and the voice of my soul, I know that’s not my highest calling… but damn it’s fun to do sometimes! And it feels good to be able to support our youth. THEY ARE THE FUTURE 🤍

Thinking about each one of these women as I complete the programming for my first container of 2025 - The Wild Woman 🐺

I was so delightfully in awe of each one of these individuals as they explored the depths of themselves - feeling into the crevices of their psyche, dropping into the warmth of their heart, listening for the whispers of their soul, connecting to the knowing of their womb, and opening themselves to the great romance with Spirit.

It was a great blessing in my life to hold this space at the @hustleandplay retreat, being both a guide and a conduit for healing. And as always, when doing this work, the greatest gift is in getting to be a student of each woman’s Divinity. Learning from the Priestess, the Queen, the Shaman… the archetypes that live within each of these beautiful souls. Listening to their stories and the wisdom they behold through enduring both the pain and bliss of being human!

As I embark on my next journey with a tribe of women in February, I bow to the Wild Woman in us all. The one who embodies the endless cycle of death and rebirth, gracefully moving through one initiation to the next.

May our lives be the most authentic, creative expression of our Divinity.

May we come together in sacred sisterhood to reclaim the lost parts and through the mirrors of one another find deep remembrance of universal love and truth.

May we celebrate and dance in the fullness that we are.

May we honor and hold reverence for our ancestors.

And may we walk boldly through every single shadow, so that we can ultimately bask in the light of God’s Grace.

My word for 2025 is SANCTITY 🤍

Sanctity is to be one with the Divine. In this state, only the truth of the present moment resounds, reminding us that the answers we seek are found within. And at some point we stop worshiping God and start becoming God - I believe that’s where we’re heading this year!

May I find sanctity in myself and in doing so become a sanctuary for others to discover this same peace within themselves 🙏

May I serve as a mirror of our inherent divinity, reflecting to others the truth of their Godhood 🪞

May I be the living embodiment of life’s great mystery ✨

And may we boldly enter the unknowable, knowing WE ARE THE ANSWER 🔑

Today we celebrate the blissful soul of Logan Danielle 🌺

She completed her first seven year cycle on Earth and it’s been a beautiful journey both to witness and gently guide.

She loves to sing and dance and kick my ass at Uno!
Her vocabulary “literally” blows my mind (“literally” is one of her favorite words). She is curious and questions everything (I admire this in her). She is clever, creative, and kind. She prays not only at night when I tuck her in, but she prays when she sees things in the world that hurt her heart. She notices everything and pays attention. She has her own relationship with God and it shows. She’s audacious and assertive. She loves making statements through fashion - she never met a costume she didn’t like. And gosh, this girl is so damn funny! Being around her brings constant laughter and joy.

I find both deep peace and great responsibility in knowing her soul chose this life for its own evolution and I am devoted to being a steward of her soul’s highest expression until I take my last breath.

It’s an epic journey being her Mama 🤍

Happy Birthday, Logan! You are SO LOVED.

YOUR FAITH WILL PERFORM MIRACLES.

May you dwell in the beauty of faith - the belief you hold in the unseen divine consciousness that lives within + the universal intelligence that flirts with you through nature, synchronicity, and cosmic jokes.

May you have so much faith that even when you’re deep in the darkness, you know the light is around the corner waiting to illuminate your path.

May you have so much faith that you trust in divine timing and release your desires, for the will of GOD.

Wild Woman Revival 🐺

This is my first container of 2025 and I’m so excited about it. We will meet online for 6 weeks in February, followed by an in person initiation at the end of April (new moon in Taurus) ♉️

Inspired by WOMEN WHO RUN WITH THE WOLVES, we will dive into our personal mythology and the stories that make us. Through the embodiment of ceremony consciousness and creating a space for sacred ritual, we will revive the female soul.

This program is for the strong, spiritual, untamed woman that is looking for deep sisterhood and is willing to explore the caves within.

Wild Woman, you are the medicine we need.
